Ops in a day
One focused day. One clear problem. Real progress by the end of it.
A hands-on working session to build, fix, or organize the one thing that's been getting in the way.
Who this is for
You already know what the problem is. You don't need help figuring that out. You need someone to sit down with you and your team and actually build the fix.
Ops-in-a-Day works best when there's one clear, well-defined challenge that doesn't require weeks of untangling first. A process that lives in someone's head and needs to be documented. A workflow that needs to be built inside the software you're already using. A team that needs clarity on who owns what.
If the problem is more layered than that, the Ops Clarity Sprint is probably the better fit. But if you can see the problem clearly and just need the time and the right person in the room to solve it, this is built for exactly that.
How it works
We spend the day making real progress, not talking about what should happen eventually.
We start with a clear outcome in mind. Then we spend roughly six to eight focused hours building it. That might mean creating an SOP with input from the people who actually do the work. Mapping out roles, approvals, and communication expectations. Building a workplan or accountability structure. Organizing a process that currently only exists in someone's head.
Whatever we build, it's something your team can use the next morning. Not a plan for later. Something already in place.
What you leave with
One clearly defined operational challenge, solved.
A tool, process, or structure your team can use immediately.
Documentation or a workflow your team helped build, so they already know how to use it.
A concrete sense of momentum, because something that was unclear is now in place.

One working day, on-site preferred
This works best for a single, well-defined challenge that can realistically be solved in one focused day. If what you're dealing with feels more tangled or layered than that, the Ops Clarity Sprint is likely a better starting point.

If you know what needs fixing and just need the time to fix it, let's get a day on the calendar.
