Operational Clarity Call

A focused conversation to help you see what's actually going on.

90 minutes. $150. We'll look at what's creating friction in your organization and figure out where to focus first.

What it is

You know something isn't running the way it should. What's harder to know is exactly where to focus, or whether the things bothering you are the real issue or just symptoms of something underneath.

This call is built to answer that.

We'll go through what's feeling unclear, inconsistent, or harder than it needs to be, and narrow it down to the one or two areas that would make the biggest difference if you addressed them first.

How it works

Start with the Ops Assessment.

Before we talk, I'd like you to complete the Ops Assessment. It's a free worksheet that walks through processes, roles, and communication, and helps surface where the friction actually is. It takes about fifteen minutes, and you're welcome to share it with your team or board to get a fuller picture.

Coming into the call with the assessment done means we can skip the general overview and go straight into what matters most for your organization.

The Investment

90 Minutes

fully focused on your organization.

We'll review your assessment together and talk through what's actually behind the friction. Some of what feels like a process problem is really a roles problem. Some of what feels urgent isn't actually the root cause. Part of what I help you do is tell the difference.

By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what's going on and where to focus next. If it makes sense to keep working together, we can talk about what that could look like. If not, you'll still leave with real clarity.

What you leave with

A clear picture of what's actually creating friction in your organization.

An understanding of which problems are root causes and which are just symptoms.

One or two priority areas to focus on first.

A sense of whether this is something you want support with, and what that could look like.

If something feels off and you can't quite name it, this is a good place to start.
