Have you ever caught yourself wondering... how much money do I actually need to bring in each month?

A 60-minute working session for founders, business owners, and EDs who have never actually sat down and done this math.

Are you ready to find some finanical clarity?

You know how to run your business or organization. You make payroll, cover expenses, pay vendors, keep programs or projects moving, and figure out what needs to happen next

But do you know the number you're aiming for?

Not just the amount you need to bring in to cover this month's bills, but what it actually costs to operate, what you need to earn to meet your commitments, and what you'd like to bring in so you have room to make thoughtful decisions instead of constantly reacting to what's in the bank account.

Without those numbers clearly defined, it's easy to run on instinct: push for more sales, write another grant, take on another client, delay an expense, or simply work harder and hope it all balances out.

The Cash Flow Clarity Workshop is a 60-minute working session for small business owners, founders, and nonprofit leaders who want to replace some of that guessing with clearer numbers and concrete financial targets.

We'll look at what you must bring in to cover your expenses, what you want to bring in to support your goals, and how those numbers can help you make better decisions in the months ahead.

Who this is for?

Founders, small business owners, and nonprofit executive directors who have a P&L, a budget, or at least a bank account they check with some dread, and who have never worked out the specific number that tells them whether this month is actually working.

You don't need clean books. You don't need a finance background. You need an hour of focus and your rough numbers.

What you'll walk away with

  • The Cash Flow Clarity tool, yours to keep and use going forward

  • Your real monthly number: what you need to bring in to cover costs, pay yourself, and build a small cushion

  • A clear look at which of your costs are fixed and which are eating into your margin without you noticing

  • A simple way to check this number again next quarter, so it never goes two years without a look

How it works

We spend the hour live, working through the Cash Flow Clarity tool together. I'll walk you through exactly how to fill it out and how to use it going forward, using your own numbers, not a hypothetical example. Bring your rough numbers: what you spend monthly, what you currently pay yourself or take home, and any big expenses coming up. You'll leave with your number written down and the tool in hand, not a framework to apply later.

I've led organizations through growth, change, and the kind of operational complexity that doesn't show up in a job description. I know what it feels like to be inside a structure that hasn't kept up with where an organization needs to go, and I know what it takes to change that.

A few things before you register.

Know your number before the quarter gets away from you.

One hour, live and virtual. Bring whatever numbers you've already got. Leave with the target you've been guessing at, written down
